Class A CDL Ecolab Solo Company Driver (Joliet, IL to Customer Locations) / Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements - Expedite Tigers

Position Overview:

• Company: Ecolab
• Route: Joliet, IL to customer locations in IL, MN, WI, IA, MO, KY, IN, MI, ND & SD.
• Home Time: Home weekly, with guaranteed 34-hour reset at home. Secure parking options are available in Joliet, IL.
• Schedule: Typically Monday morning through Friday night or Saturday morning, depending on the route.
• Miles: Average 2,200 to 2,400 miles per week. More miles possible if staying out longer.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Endorsements: Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements are required.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old (typical for regional routes).

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $0.70 per mile (CPM), with a $0.02 CPM bonus after hitting 2,000 miles in a week.
• Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,500.
• Weekly Average Pay: $1,700.
• Pay Increase: $0.01 CPM after 1 year.
• Bonus Opportunities:
  • New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid on second paycheck).
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000 (paid in increments - $1,000 on second paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 120 days).

Freight:

• Types: A mix of drop and hook and live load, with most loads being preloaded at the Joliet, IL facility.
• Additional Pay: Occasional load/unload assist pay ($50).
