About the Role:
- We are seeking a Claims Analyst to investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of insurance company's liability concerning personal, casualty, or property loss or damages.
- This role involves corresponding with medical specialists, agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information and calculating benefit payments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee third-party claims administrator (TPA) in the administration of workers compensation, and, occasionally, auto liability, and general/product liability claims.
- Conduct claim audits and claim reviews, communicate audit results to management and TPA, and implement processes to address areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on risk and claim questions, building trust and reputation within the organization.
- Conduct quarterly webcasts on pertinent topics for internal stakeholders and claim adjusters, coordinating subject matter experts.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk / Insurance / Finance / Business Administration
