You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities:- Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
- Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
- Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion
- Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
- Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
- Computer proficiency is essential
- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
- State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
- Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
