| Insurance Claims Examiner Adjuster Specialist Professional Liability Medical Malpractice MedMal Allied Healthcare _ . REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME MAY BE AVAILABLE Resolve high complexity and high exposure medical malpractice, specified medical, allied health, and senior care claims within granted authority. *** Investigate, negotiate, and resolve complex medical malpractice, specified medical, allied health, and senior care claims. *** Evaluate issues of liability and damages in assigned cases. *** Establish loss and expense reserves. *** Manage litigation strategy. *** Communicate adverse case developments to Claims Manager and provide information on issues affecting Medical and Healthcare Practice business. *** Ensure adherence to internal large loss and claims review reporting requirements. *** Manage Third Party Administrator relationships including reporting responsibilities. *** Contribute to implementation of initiatives, strategies, and action plans introduced by Claims Manager. *** Actively participate in ongoing training and development activities.
