About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Claims Data Entry Representative for our client in Daytona Beach! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and processing claims data into the system, ensuring that all information is complete and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30 m
Temp-to-Hire
Hybrid schedule available after 90 days!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input claims data into company databases and systems while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Review claims for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documentation and information are provided.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to claims processing and data handling.
- Identify discrepancies or errors in data and work with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
- Generate reports related to claims activity and data as needed by management.
- Maintain organized and secure records of all data entry activities for audit and reference purposes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in data entry, claims processing, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data entry software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), and familiarity with claims management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
