The Deamer Group is actively seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster with 2-4 years of experience in Worker's Compensation to join our client's team in Rochester, NY. If you have a background in adjudicating worker's compensation and general liability claims at a high volume, along with claim litigations experience, we encourage you to apply. Position Summary: Our client is looking for a dedicated Claims Adjuster who will play a crucial role in investigating and managing worker's compensation claims. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fair settlements and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations into worker's compensation claims.
• Assess and analyze claim information to ensure accurate and fair settlements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective claims resolution.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth claims process.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience primarily in Worker's Compensation and General liability claims.
• In-depth knowledge of claim investigation and settlement processes.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, multi-state regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Bonus Points:

• Experience managing a third-party insurance agent like Travelers Insurance.
• Multi-state claims management.
