Proficiencies and Responsibilities:
• Assist with drafting survey instruments and proposed research designs and information gathering.
• Incorporate client edits to research instruments during the drafting process.
• Coordinate logistics for research projects, including focus groups where necessary.
• Create key deliverables for opinion research projects including crosstabs, focus group video and transcripts, etc.
to develop and compile key findings in cooperation with Program Managers and Sr.
Staff Director(s).
• Coordinate with Data Team on survey information programming, links and testing, banner points, and survey fielding.
• Previous experience in an academic or professional research setting.
• Strong interest in data-driven research and working with all types of Data storage requirements, i.e., video, emails, interviewing surveying, interviews, gathering pertinent facts, verifying actual account etc.
data uploads archiving and retrieval: chronologically storing and accessing information.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience with and or recommending statistical software a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint recommendation of other types of storage as required by program management, and directors.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum _10_ years relevant experience for adequate, with data research and data capturing abilities, and system development to gather store and reserve all artifacts, pictures, videos, momentums emails, all documentations pertaining to and depicting the Afghan experience.
Concise Information concise gathering techniques to be accessible for present and future presentations, representation and or actions figures facts and statistics of data to chronologically display the historical Afghan relocation efforts, projects and events; for the department of state, it partners, and all other government entities were requested and required, which includes the public.
This candidate be able to store and present objects on request, develop systems that can effectively do so.
Regular use of computers to access databases and conduct research is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in subject matter expert, or related field required, master's and or PhD., is also sufficient.
• Demonstrated proficiency with both attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain resilience during ambiguous and challenging engagements.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Clearance Level Required: Secret Key Competencies to include: Communication Coordination the ability to communicate and coordinate with the CARE Front office primarily HST, CARE Management and Program Teams, as well Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Rosslyn VA.
Deliverable: Provide Care with a chronologically developed Data repository and Storage and Retrieval System to include upload capabilities to promulgate access of all historical events and other government entities and public arenas if needed.
Weekly / Monthly summaries may be required for development status and reporting purposes.
Period of Performance for this: The Analyst is a full-time position, for One-Year with a potential One (1) Year extension, and or extended if or where a valid need should or may arise for this referenced position.
Any subject change will be in accordance with the current and overall contract requirement provisions as stated herein, and shall be reviewed by COR, and approved by the Contracting Officer as required.
