About You:
About You:
- The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate projects and other office events.
- Should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls from potential clients and current clients.
- Should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors, clients, and municipalities.
- Should have a good understanding of Town/City/State regulations.
- A professional license is preferred, but not required if the candidate has the experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize field crew.
- Oversee projects and time management.
- Deal with clients, towns, and states.
- Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound projects.
- Supervise Civil/Survey drafters.
Qualifications:
- Experience with AutoCAD drafting, Microsoft Office suite.
- Project Management from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor.
This position includes project management in subdivisions, boundaries, and as-built surveys. AutoCAD experience is required. The position also involves the coordination of projects and submissions with office personnel, clients, municipalities, and the State.
