Job Details
Successful candidates will have 5+ years’ construction heavy civil experience in the public and private sectors, and large-scale heavy civil experience is required.
Experience in earthwork and underground utilities in both the public/private sectors is required. Ability to work in the middle of busy cities or subdivisions.
Experience in structural concrete, mechanical systems in transportation, dams/hydro, and water wastewater is welcomed.

Job Details

Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews on multiple jobs, managing up to 25 persons
- Experience with heavy civil projects.
- Participate in training and adhere to strict safety policies
- Ability to take direction from customers to complete tasks and meet job site goals
- Be a proactive team member to achieve a high-quality completed product for our clients
- Experience and working knowledge of heavy equipment & Trimble GPS systems
- Experience using HCSS HeavyJob & HeavySafety (Vista and HCSS) (Estimating)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in the United States
- Must have a recent work history and at least 10 years of verifiable work experience managing projects in a similar environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, and turning to complete manual labor tasks
