Our client, based in the vibrant city of Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a dynamic problem solver to conduct investigations ranging from scaffolding collapse incidents to issues arising from weather damage.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. and/or M.S. in Civil Engineering
• Advanced educational degrees such as a Ph.D. are a plus
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Florida GC license or willingness to attain one is a plus

The ideal candidate will thrive on the occasional travel, whether for a day or overnight, to investigate incidents involving construction defects, roadway design, or worker safety issues. This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who enjoys working independently, away from the desk, and occasionally outdoors.
