Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with a passion for major construction design and support in semiconductor facilities? We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team and lead in the design and construction support of critical systems. Responsibilities:

Major Construction Design: Lead the design and support of critical systems including building architectural and structural, site planning, water management features, transportation, and more.

System Design: Develop owner project design requirements, analyze system design capacity vs demand, and collaborate with site operations and maintenance teams for design input.

Construction Support: Review and approve submittals, resolve timely requests for information (RFIs), and ensure design compliance during construction site visits.

Supplier Management: Contract with external design firms, manage design scopes, and oversee financial responsibilities related to design scope budget.

Technological Innovation: Develop strategies for implementing systems to improve reliability, cost, and construction efficiencies, and participate in technology forums representing Texas Instruments.
Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in semiconductor facilities and/or construction, with over 8 years' experience in the facilities industry.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple design and contractor disciplines on a variety of projects, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Safety Leadership: Demonstrated safety leadership and stewardship, with a commitment to driving success with critical facility systems.

Communication: Excellent facilitation and communication skills to interface with business partners, external suppliers, and team members.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD, and the ability to create construction drawings and diagrams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Fire Protection Knowledge: Experience with fire protection and process system operation is a plus.

Code Familiarity: Familiarity with building, mechanical, and fire codes.
