Civil Site Work Superintendent - R.H. White Construction

Position Summary:
The Civil Superintendent supports the onsite Project Superintendent, coordinates daily subcontractor activities and RHW field operations for the civil scope, providing technical support for complex mechanical assembly projects. Specialized in site work, digging, and underground pipe laying, the superintendent brings valuable knowledge and experience.
Hiring Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent technical training and/or related experience required.
- Minimum five years of leadership experience in underground, utility construction and earthwork.
- Knowledge of general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means, methods, materials, line and grade, survey methods, and cost control procedures.
- Proficient computer skills required, including, but not limited to, Microsoft office suite programs.
- Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.) is a plus.
- Demonstrate proficient management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
