Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

B.S. in Civil Engineering
5-10 years of civil land/site development design experience
Professional Engineer (PE) required
Ability to manage projects from inception to construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Working knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in California
Design and development of civil plans, including erosion control, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater treatment, and street improvements, along with technical report preparation
Coordination of projects with architects, design engineers, public jurisdictions for plan checks and permits, and contractors for construction administration

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
