Civil Project Manager - P.E. / DOT experience

The Civil Project Manager will oversee and execute civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, specifically within the Department of Transportation (DOT).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, particularly in relation to DOT standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial health of projects.
• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during project execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering sector, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• P.E. License (Professional Engineer) is preferred, but not required.
