Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Management Director opportunity include:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Equivalent Experience Required
• 5-10 years of civil land development experience, including project management
• Professional Engineering License required
• Ability to design and permit construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer, roadway, pump station and force main design required
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required. Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrograph, and WaterCad preferred
• Oversee administrative and technical aspects of projects, including scheduling, team assignments, client communications, and technical report production
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and secure necessary construction permits

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
