About the Role:

As a Civil Sitework Estimator, you will be at the forefront of our project success. Your role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation across multiple projects, ensuring they are executed with the utmost precision and quality. Your expertise is vital in upholding our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in site work and utilities
• Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and HCSS Bid Software
• Proven experience as an estimator with an analytical mindset
• Deadline-driven and detail-oriented

Responsibilities: Your daily tasks will include reviewing upcoming project sites, interpreting specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and managing the RFI and submittal process. You'll also work closely with project engineers, maintain vendor relationships, and lead estimate reviews with our operations and management teams
