Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details
1. Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures, and infrastructure, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbors, dams, irrigation projects, power plants, and water and sewerage systems.
2. Prepare design documents for civil systems (grading, drainage, paving, utilities, etc.), including calculations, drawings, and civil specifications.
3. Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans, and site designs.
4. Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients.
5. Conduct site investigations to ensure that potential project impacts and environmental considerations are identified and mitigated.
6. Ensure project compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
7. Perform complex analysis and design tasks, and develop solutions to address design challenges.
8. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress, including any changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
9. Review the work of junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
3. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil engineering.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
5. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
6. Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
10. Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety in the workplace.
11. Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
