Civil Project Engineer - ACRT, Inc.

• Demonstrates and personifies an attitude of professionalism, customer service, work ethic and the positive spirit for all employees in the office.
• Project management, supervision, and oversight of engineering projects and working with other professional staff.
• The engineer will take an active role in project design, permitting and document preparation, managing budgets and timelines, and performing due diligence.
• Serves as a technical resource for the project team and office staff.  Reviews work of other engineers/staff to ensure compliance with engineering design, applicable permits, constructability, industry standards, completeness, and presentation.
• Developing business and clients locally

• The ideal candidate for this position would be a design minded, environmentally focused individual with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience is required.
• Experience shall include project management of stormwater, compliance, and environmental engineering projects.
• State Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
• Ability to work independently and multi-task regularly in a fast-paced environment with multiple changes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required and experience with Hydraflow, HEC-RAS or other hydraulic and hydrologic modelling is a plus.
• Strong management skills including participation in management meetings, strategic planning, and establishing revenue goals and departmental/office budgets.
