Qualifications and responsibilities for Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including expertise in Civil 3D, for producing detailed land development construction drawings.
• Strong skills in client management, project budgeting, and team leadership.
• Manage projects across diverse sectors such as high-density residential, shopping centers, auto dealerships, and amusement parks, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee entitlement approvals, permitting processes, and the establishment of project design criteria.
• Lead a team of engineers and designers with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with principals to create accurate proposals and support business development.
• Preferred licensure includes EIT and PE.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
