About the job

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer to work alongside our experienced staff. This position will involve managing a variety of development projects spanning across residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, educational, and healthcare sectors. The candidate will be responsible for keeping current tasks within schedule and budget to fit the needs of the project. Coordinating the work of drafting personnel, technicians or other engineers on technical matters pertinent to project assignments. Provides technical input and collaborate with other departments. Project tasks will include preparing design calculations, design drawings and specifications necessary for construction, including stormwater management, utility design, site grading, stormwater pollution prevention, and more. Tasks will also include site visits, construction administration, cost estimating, client interaction, attending project meetings, and other project management tasks.

Qualifications

· Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university

· Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience

· Ability to manage project staff

· Experienced with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other similar programs

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
