Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional or someone earlier in their career looking to contribute their expertise to a variety of civil design projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering and have a sound understanding of utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop road plans, commercial site plans, and residential subdivisions design, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design land development projects such as multifamily, commercial, industrial, education.
2. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed engineering designs and plans.
3. Conduct land development and grading activities, and ensure all projects adhere to established regulations and standards.
4. Manage and oversee the design and implementation of drainage and utility systems.
5. Perform site layout tasks, including the planning and design of infrastructure site development and landscapes.
6. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to ensure project success.
7. Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems and enhance project outcomes.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Engineering
3. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
4. Extensive knowledge of grading, drainage, grading and utilities, and site layout.
5. Current PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred, open to EIT
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
