Sales Engineer - Mentor, Ohio - JOB 23-00583

Salary Range: $85k - $95k base ($125k+ with commission after 1yr. service) Permanent Position with Benefits.

Mentor, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Sales Representative who has a solid technical background in electronics.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSEE or related technical degree
• Past sales or project management experience (preferably in electrical control systems)
• Candidate may work from home after 3 month training period
• 55% - 70% domestic travel, some international travel possible
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and vendors, write proposals, negotiate contracts, enter orders, and assist with invoicing customers
• Manage existing clients and grow client base
• Research marketing options, attend trade shows, schedule and attend meetings with potential customers
• Conduct meetings and provide product demonstrations
• Document details of travel and meetings
• Determine customer needs and develop quotes
• Exceptional benefit package to include 401k
