Role Overview:

As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients across various areas of litigation and handle cases independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients in areas such as fiduciary litigation, estate litigation, and/or commercial/contract litigation. (Experience in these areas is a plus but not required.)

Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of litigation experience.
• Active Virginia law license.
• Proven ability to handle civil litigation cases from start to finish.
