Trueline's client, a dynamic law firm with offices in Arizona, Nevada, California, Washington, and Oregon is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Portland, Oregon. **Civil Litigation role. No experience needed but strongly preferred. Work/life balance. Compensation is based on experience.

What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and during negotiations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation tactics
• Assist in the development of legal strategies for various cases across different practice areas
• Handle civil litigation matters and manage cases independently
• Work both independently and as part of a team on complex legal issues

You'll Succeed as the Associate Attorney if you Have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona
• Strong legal research skills with proficiency using legal databases and resources
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
• Ability to litigate cases effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
