This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who love crunching numbers and have a knack for estimating. 

Position Responsibilities:- Prepare timely and accurate estimates for projects- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare estimates- Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and pricing

Position Essential Job Functions:- 5 years of experience in estimating- Strong background in site development- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

Benefits:- Competitive salary: $115,000-130,000- Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits
