We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team based in Baltimore. This senior-level role offers the chance to lead impactful projects and collaborate with a talented team within a well-established firm specializing in Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Surveying, Permitting, and Landscape Architecture. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE License highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products.
Proven experience managing land development projects, including small subdivisions, multifamily, commercial developments, and parcel lots.
Strong knowledge of Baltimore County and Baltimore City regulations and permitting processes.
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictional representatives to meet project goals.
Skilled in scheduling teams, monitoring project budgets, and managing timelines to ensure deliverables.
Proficient in identifying and managing scope changes, creating change orders, and maintaining financial oversight.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor team members.

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
