Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with Project Management experience to lead our land development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential and commercial land development projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives and specifications.
- Prepare and review engineering designs and technical documents using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations throughout project lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and project team members.
- Present project status updates and reports to clients and management.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand project portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- 6+ years of experience in civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of land development processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience with residential and commercial projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Vacation/PTO combined 3 weeks with 8 company holidays
