We are a reputable engineering firm expanding its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on Energy, Institutional, Industrial, and Manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will foster client relationships, manage staff, and provide expertise across multi-discipline projects. This role offers flexible work arrangements and a sign-on bonus for direct applicants.

We are in search of a Civil Engineering Manager to join our Power Business Unit's Civil and Environmental Business Sector. The ideal candidate will foster client relationships, manage staff, and provide expertise across multi-discipline projects. Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead business development efforts, including proposal development and project planning.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of services and market them effectively.
- Serve as a primary seller/doer for the Civil and Environmental Business Sector.
- Provide design, management, and technical oversight on civil components of projects.
- Ensure successful project execution by leading teams and monitoring project costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 15 years of Civil Engineering experience.
- 10 years of experience managing project teams.
- Professional Engineer license required.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
