Within these projects, we fulfill various roles, serving as Civil Engineers, Architects, Developers, Planners, and providing complete Design-Build Services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. **Comp will be increased for a PE
Proven experience in civil engineering design, preferably within a design and build consulting firm.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Details

Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed design plans and specifications for civil engineering projects.
Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical expertise in the design and construction of site development, stormwater management, utility systems, and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to integrate civil engineering components seamlessly into overall project plans.
Perform quality control checks on design documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any engineering-related issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery.
