Civil Engineer from The Bachrach Group

A structural and civil engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join their Orlando office. This role requires a candidate who is either licensed or pursuing licensure, with a strong background in project design leadership, management, and construction documentation and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
• Develop and communicate planning and design concepts effectively.
• Solve technical challenges while maintaining design integrity.
• Create CAD-based technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Contribute to marketing and sales efforts.

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years experience as a Civil Engineer
• Proficiency in site grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utility design, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills
• Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and construction detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Auto Turn, and Microsoft programs.
• P.E. preferred but will consider candidates with an EIT.
