Position Responsibilities:

- CAD and AutoCAD proficiency

- Designing site development projects 

- Creating database designs

- Ensuring legal compliance with all projects 

- Solving problems with a creative approach

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Utilizing drafting skills 

- Demonstrating conceptual skills 

- Developing plans

- Collaborating with team members 

- Using LISP programming to enhance designs

Position Skills:

 - Bachelor's degree in civil structural engineering, architectural engineering, or architecture 

- PE required for engineers

 - NCARB certification preferred
