Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer CADD technician to join our expanding engineering team. In this role, you will provide engineering design and leadership for private land development projects, ensuring top-notch results and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide CADD plan development and preparation for Civil Engineering projects primarily in the areas of DOT and County highways, local roads, and related public works infrastructure projects.  
• Assisting in geometric design of highways and roadways. Interaction with clients as necessary for business development and project completion. Development of CADD system standards, procedures and updates.
• Lead residential, municipal, and commercial site development projects.
• Provide CADD training assistance to staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility as a CADD technician or Senior CADD technician.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation / OpenRoads, and other relevant engineering design software.
• Experience in developing utilities to improve the functionality and efficiency of CADD users.
