We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Civil Engineer, Project Manager to join our fast-paced Engineering firm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of various engineering projects, including but not limited to, grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, and site design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering and a proven track record of managing successful projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Civil Engineer, Project Manager to join our fast-paced Engineering firm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of various engineering projects, including but not limited to, grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, and site design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering and a proven track record of managing successful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse range of civil engineering projects from the initial concept to project closeout.
- Oversee the development of detailed design plans using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Perform and review complex calculations related to stormwater management, grading, drainage, erosion, and utilities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using Civil 3D and AutoCAD for designing and planning.
- Extensive experience in grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, and site design.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.
