As a tech, under direction, must be able to:
-Prepare civil designs utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D
-Research and review deeds, ordinances, technical reports, municipal, state, and federal codes to ensure compliance
-Prepare exhibits and images for presentations.
-Ability to prepare legal descriptions and survey mapping desirable.
-Process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design.
-Perform quantity take-offs
As a professional engineer you will be required to do all the civil engineering steps to bring a project to successful completion.
Requirements -4 Year degree in related civil engineering field
-Minimum 2-year design experience on Civil Engineering projects
-Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, plans, and specifications
-Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & Civil 3D strongly preferred
-Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
-Strong organizational abilities
-Ability to work collaboratively with a team
