Civil Engineer - Selectek, Inc.

Client in Pawley's Island is looking to hire a civil engineer.

Summary:
This role will be responsible for full design and engineering of project work. It is essential candidates can perform land development specifically grading and drainage portion of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare civil design / construction plans, including notes and details, plan and profile sheets, and x-sections.
• Create and submit project permitting packages.
• Prepare construction cost estimates.
• Perform water/sewer/ storm water design calculations and reporting as necessary for commercial, residential and municipal projects.
• Prepare contract documents suitable for bidding.

Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• 5 plus years of site grading, layout, drainage, water, sewer, earthwork and sediment control for civil site design
• AutoCAD Civil 3D Proficiency
• Strong Communication Skills

Preferred:

• Industrial/Warehouse Project Experience.
• EIT or PE

Location:  Pawleys Island
Duration:  Temp-to-hire
Pay:  $32-$42/hr.
