Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:

• Passed F.E. exam and B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0-7 years of experience in land development or similar engineering projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (training available for the ideal candidate).
• Preference for candidates with stormwater modeling experience (not required).
• Plan and design land development projects, including site plans, grading plans, and utility designs.
• Prepare construction documents such as specifications, schedules, and plans.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring adherence to development codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: $70,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits, including a year-end bonus ($5,000-$14,000), medical coverage (50% employer contribution), dental and vision insurance, group term life insurance, a 401(k) with a 4% match, and negotiable PTO. Relocation assistance may also be available.
