REQUIREMENTS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Civil engineering designs, technical calculations & reports, construction documents, specifications, entitlement documents, & permit applications for residential subdivisions, commercial & industrial developments, multifamily developments, and other private land development projects
- Designs related to water systems, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and roadway improvements
- Site analysis, material and code research
- Assists with AutoCad Civil 3D drawings for schematic, design development, and construction documents

Job Details
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-4+ years of experience in land development, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, EIT or pursuing completion of FE exam
- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
