Responsibilities:
- Create Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and associated documentation
- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and studies
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with professionals and project team members
- Lead site/civil efforts on various projects, managing site layout, grading, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management design from concept through completion
- Ensure project schedules and deliverables are met consistently
- Design roadway geometrics, pavements, grading, storm sewer, cross sections, MOT, traffic signals, and ADA ramps
- Perform designs from preliminary through final design
- Develop plans, specifications, reports, and quantity computations
- Ensure design compliance with state/local codes, ordinances, and agency requirements
- Work independently and collaboratively to make informed decisions
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Land Development Design
- BS in Civil Engineering
- New Yorrk PE Licensure required
- Proficiency with MicroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD, and PowerGeopak,
- Experience in Civil 3D
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Compensation/Benefits:
- $175,000 - $200,000
