Civil Engineer - Land Development at GPAC

Our client is a local civil engineering and land surveying firm looking to add a Civil Engineer PM to their family-like team! They work projects of all sizes, and properly manage them. • Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT candidates or PE are preferred; will consider those who are still pursuing EIT (must have a timeline for this laid out).
• 5-10 years of experience in land development REQUIRED
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus!
• Ability to work on a team with other employees, as well as independently when needed

Job Description/Duties:

• Will be working with Senior Engineers on land development construction drawing packages for various commercial and residential projects.
• Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Preform stormwater management calculations using HydroCAD
• Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
• Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
