Civil Engineer - Land Development at GPAC

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design projects including lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities for national and local land developers.
• Collaborate with technical staff to deliver top-notch consulting engineering services to land developers.
• Engage with multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple offices daily to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification (P.E. license preferred or in progress).
• 5 years of land development experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and a self-initiative mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
