Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (PE license preferred, but EIT accepted).
Strong understanding of civil and environmental project scopes, such as water, wastewater, stormwater, and site development.
Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction and completion.
Provide client services and support for various public and private projects.
Oversee project bidding, permitting, and construction administration.
Collaborate with engineering staff, technical specialists, and field services teams to execute project tasks.
Engage in new business development efforts to expand the company’s client base.

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
