Civil Engineer - Clay Development & Construction, Inc.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our design-build team in Houston, TX. This position is focused on site development in the light industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in site design, drafting, plan production, and permitting.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

1. PE or EIT with a path to obtain a PE

1. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience including design experience

1. Practical experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Excel

1. Strong organizational and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Industrial site design

1. Detailed site grading

1. Hydraulic and hydrologic methods for small to medium sites

1. Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and permitting
