Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in highway design; 4-7 years with EIT preferred.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• Experience with NJDOT projects is a plus but not mandatory.
• Conduct detailed highway design and analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal transportation standards.
• Participate in client meetings and project presentations.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
