Your Role:

As a Civil Engineer in our Facility/Site Development Division, you'll play a key role in shaping projects from inception to completion. You'll report directly to the Director of Facility/Site Development and will be responsible for:

• Performing engineering calculations and creating detailed reports.
• Coordinating with clients to define project scopes and develop proposals.
• Overseeing daily project management and ensuring all project requirements are met.
• Supervising and mentoring designers for optimal project delivery.
• Preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications to maintain high-quality standards.
• Handling shop drawings, RFIs, and other construction-related inquiries.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 4-8 years of experience in civil/site engineering, preferably in commercial, institutional, or industrial design.
• Proficiency in site layout, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control, and AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various project sizes.
• An Engineering Intern Certification is required, with a Professional Engineering license preferred.
