Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of related civil engineering experience.
• EIT required, Texas PE preferred
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
