Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute various civil engineering projects.
- Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Typically works on civil-site projects including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility and erosion control plans.
- Partner with internal project management team members by providing technical input and guidance for client conversations and multi-discipline design meetings.
- On occasion visit job site for construction observation duties.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years' proven experience in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proficient in industry - standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client/customer management skills.
