Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and oversee various civil engineering projects, including residential developments, public infrastructure systems, and other construction initiatives.
2. Conduct site investigations to ensure the feasibility of proposed construction projects.
3. Prepare and present detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors to develop effective and efficient construction plans.
5. Ensure all projects comply with environmental, safety, and structural standards.
6. Use CAD software and other engineering tools to create detailed blueprints and specifications for construction projects.
7. Evaluate the success of completed projects and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
9. Provide technical advice to team members and stakeholders.
10. Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback to help them improve their performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on Land Development.
3. Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
4. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction project management.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
8. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
9. Knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
