Annual Salary: $130k-$180k
HOURS: Monday thru Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 11:30am; Additional hours may be required based on project needs
LOCATION: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Responsibilities:
Position Overview: Join our Transportation Engineering Division as a technical expert and/or project manager, specializing in road projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving complex challenges and eager to continue their professional growth.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Roadway Design: Experience with Louisiana DOTD projects highly preferred.
Stormwater Management: Experience in stormwater drainage and HEC-RAS.
Software Proficiency: Experience with MicroStation and InRoads is a plus.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor???s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; an advanced degree is a plus.
Licensure: Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Louisiana.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience, with a solid foundation in advanced engineering software.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LADOTD or similar agency standards for roadway and bridge projects.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex technical instructions and manage abstract and concrete variables effectively.
