Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or another related field is required.
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required.
Active Professional Engineering License preferred.
Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license required.
3+ years’ experience working as a civil engineer.
Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and cost estimation techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with varying priorities.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to make necessary assumptions in ambiguous regulatory environments supported by sound engineering judgment.
Proven ability to thrive with minimal oversight while timely reporting on progress and completing tasks within deadlines.
Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility for work and deliverables.
Basic knowledge of grading design and construction methods is required.
Basic knowledge of erosion and sediment control principles for large-scale construction projects is required.
Basic knowledge of hydraulic and hydrology (H&H) principles, is required.
Experience with local, state, and national stormwater and construction permitting (NPDES, CGP, Section 404, WOTUS), is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook.
Working level knowledge and familiarity in using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proficiency in using GIS applications (ArcGIS or QGIS) and spatial processing tools.
