The task assignments will include the following:
- Project Design for Site Development.
- Grading and Drainage Plans.
- Utility Systems for Water and Sewer.
- Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies, preparation of specifications and cost estimates.
- Design Team collaboration, and support.
- Roadway/Streets final design package Plan, Profile, Cross Sections.
- Roadway Design: Streetscape, Green Streets, Bicycle Path Plans.
- Federal, State, City and County Standards.
- Report Preparation and Conceptual Studies.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Professional Engineer License in Texas.
- 4+ years of experience in related site/civil land development engineering projects.
- Projects experience ranging from residential, retail, commercial, industrial and municipal projects.
- Possess local experience with private developments performing site due diligence, preparing land use permit applications, understanding of zoning laws and presenting to municipal agencies.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must demonstrate a desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
